39–43 is a free, fan-made basketball drafting game provided for entertainment only. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
39–43 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the National Basketball Association (NBA), its teams, its players, the NBPA, or any coach depicted in the game. Player names, team names, and historical statistics are factual matters of public record and are used here solely for identification in a transformative, non-commercial fan game. All trademarks and rights of publicity remain the property of their respective owners.
39–43 is not a gambling, betting, or fantasy-sports-for-money product. There are no wagers, no prizes, no cashouts, and nothing of monetary value can be won or lost. Simulated results are generated for fun and have no predictive value whatsoever.
The game is free. An optional "Buy me a beer" link leads to a third-party tipping service (Buy Me a Coffee). Tips are voluntary, non-refundable, and handled entirely by that service under its own terms. Tipping does not unlock features or affect gameplay.
